Doha’s Winter Concert Season Brings Hans Zimmer, Arab Music Stars and New-Generation Acts

Performances from 22 October through 17 December will take place at QNCC, Katara Amphitheatre, 974 Stadium Precinct and 900 Park.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Doha’s live music programme runs from 22 October to 17 December 2026 across several venues.
  • Hans Zimmer is scheduled at 974 Stadium Precinct on 6 November, with Fadel Chaker at Katara Amphitheatre on 12 November.
  • Wegz and Saint Levant will appear at 900 Park, while Cairokee will close the programme at QNCC on 17 December.
  • Visit Qatar lists Marilyne Naaman performances on both 22 and 23 October.

DOHA, Qatar – A run of live performances spanning Arabic pop, film music, hip-hop and alternative rock will give visitors to Qatar a series of concert dates to build into autumn and early-winter trips. From 22 October to 17 December 2026, the capital is scheduled to host performers including Hans Zimmer, Fadel Chaker, Wegz, Saint Levant and Cairokee, according to Qatar Tourism and its official live-music listings.

The programme draws on several venues rather than a single festival site. Concertgoers will be able to choose between theatre performances at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), an open-air amphitheatre appearance at Katara, a stadium-precinct concert and shows at 900 Park. That spread of locations gives travellers flexibility to pair performances with other activities in Doha.

From Arabic ballads to orchestral film music

Marilyne Naaman opens the selection at QNCC’s Al Mayassa Theatre, with Visit Qatar listing performances for 22 and 23 October. On 6 November, Academy Award- and Grammy-winning film composer Hans Zimmer is scheduled to bring his live production to the 974 Stadium Precinct. Qatar Tourism says the performance will feature a 19-piece band. Zimmer’s music spans major cinema productions, making this one of the programme’s international crossover attractions.

A different musical tradition follows on 12 November, when Lebanese singer Fadel Chaker is scheduled to appear at Katara Amphitheatre with his son Mohamed Chaker. The setting adds an outdoor cultural-venue element to the season’s mix of performances.

Rap and alternative music round out the calendar

Egyptian rapper and vocalist Wegz takes the stage at 900 Park on 20 November. The same venue is due to host Saint Levant on 11 December as part of his Afandi World Tour. The two bookings bring contemporary regional hip-hop, pop and cross-cultural influences into the schedule.

The concert run is scheduled to close on 17 December, when Egyptian alternative-rock band Cairokee makes its Doha debut at QNCC with the SuperNova Album Tour. Together, the late-season performances illustrate the range of Middle Eastern contemporary music being presented alongside established Arab and international names.

The events form part of the wider Qatar Calendar, which Qatar Tourism says covers more than 560 activities and events across the year, including cultural programmes, entertainment and sport. Visitors considering a concert-led stay can consult the official Qatar events calendar for programme details, tickets and any schedule updates before making travel arrangements.
