Shiro Unlimited on Steam

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BORDEAUX, France – Oct. 19, 2026 – Shiro Unlimited, the publishing arm of game developer Shiro Games, celebrates October’s Steam Next Fest with the launch of Frostrail’s demo and a major update to the already available Northgard Battlegrounds demo, introducing the Clan of the Wolf.

Frostrail, the brutal co-op survival FPS from Barotrauma developer FakeFish, ranks in the top 80 most wishlisted unreleased games on Steam. Northgard Battlegrounds, the city-building auto-battler from Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor developer Funday Games, is set in Shiro Games’ 5 million-unit-selling Viking world of Northgard. Both demos are available now for PC.

In Frostrail, join a rag-tag crew of survivors aboard a train steaming across a frozen, post-apocalyptic Earth. Keep the train running by any means necessary: disembark to clear track blockages, and stop in abandoned settlements and ruins to scavenge sorely needed supplies. Bloodthirsty supernatural creatures called Revenants stalk the snowy tundra and will attack any group of survivors they can find. Ready weapons and work together in high-stakes FPS battles for survival.
