SalesJack Launches Project Management to Help Lumber Dealers Sell More of Every Job
New tools connect specialty quoting and manufacturing with sales, automating coordination and giving reps visibility from estimate request through production
CHICAGO, October 20, 2026--SalesJack today announced Project Management, developed with leading lumber yards to help dealers coordinate sales, estimating and production across the many product lines they supply into a home.
A dealer selling lumber, trusses, windows, doors, millwork and moulding may have several teams working on the same job. Many also manufacture their own products, adding shop workflows and production schedules to the process. Outside sales reps often lack visibility into that work. They may not know whether a specialist's quote is complete or when a manufactured order will be ready, leaving them chasing updates before they can follow up with a builder.
SalesJack Project Management brings those requests, quotes, orders and schedules together on one jobsite record. It gives teams a shared view of the work while automating request routing, due dates and the collection of order information.
"Reps need confidence that when they bring a specialty product into a sale, they can get a quote back on time and keep the customer informed through production," said Ryan Dempsey, co-founder and CEO of SalesJack. "Making that process easier helps them sell more of the job and gives builders a reason to keep coming back."
Automate requests and keep quotes moving
Outside sales reps can create projects and request estimates and quotes directly from the jobsite record. Dealers can define teams and automatically route requests by product category, sending truss estimates to the truss team and window quotes to the window specialists.
Due dates can be calculated automatically from the first quote date using the dealer's configured timelines. Estimators and specialists can see their requests and deadlines, while sales reps track progress across each product line. Clear ownership and shared status help teams identify overdue work and give reps visibility into completed quotes that are ready for customer follow-up.
Bring information from specialist systems into one view
SalesJack brings in orders from systems such as MiTek and Alpine for trusses, and Andersen and Marvin for windows. Its AI email inbox also captures incoming quotes and order information and matches them to the corresponding orders.
That information appears alongside the team's requests in the project record, connecting work that originates across separate systems and inboxes. Reps can see the different parts of the job together without assembling updates from each department.
