Brewster Green Resort Selects Vacatia to Provide Management Services

Vacatia, a leading provider of management, technology, rental and sales solutions for independent timeshare resorts, has added Brewster Green Resort in Brewster, Massachusetts, to its growing portfolio of managed resorts.

Located on 17 wooded acres in the heart of Cape Cod, Brewster Green features 56 two- and three-bedroom townhouse-style condominium units. For more than 40 years, the owner-controlled resort has welcomed generations of families to Cape Cod and enjoys strong demand, including a consistent summer waiting list for rentals and exchanges.

Under the new agreement, Vacatia will provide management services that include accounting, technology and rental services while the owners association retains its on-site employees. Vacatia’s resources are designed to allow the resort’s on-site team to spend more time focused on the property and the owner and guest experience.

“Brewster Green is exactly the type of independent resort community Vacatia was built to serve,” said Caroline Shin, CEO of Vacatia. “It has a deeply engaged board, a strong owner community and a team that understands what makes the resort special. Our role is to provide the technology, financial expertise and revenue resources that support them while preserving the character and traditions that have made Brewster Green such a successful Cape Cod resort for more than four decades.”

Brewster Green owners will have access to Vacatia Clubhouse, the company’s secure owner portal for managing their ownership, making payments and accessing owner resources. Owners will also have the option of participating in Vacatia’s owner rental program and OwnerPLUS, Vacatia’s internal exchange benefit.

The Brewster Green Interval Owners Association selected Vacatia following an extensive review as its existing management agreement approached expiration.

“We met Caroline and Michelle and learned about Vacatia’s property management program and the services they could provide,” said Frances Libiszewski, who has been the elected leader of the Brewster Green Interval Owners Association for 36 years, serving as chairman and now president. “We invited them to meet with our board and were very satisfied with what we heard. After a great deal of discussion, we felt Vacatia’s services aligned well with our goals and objectives for the future and that we could have a very positive, collaborative relationship.”

Libiszewsk said the initial onboarding process has reinforced the board’s decision. “The communication has been stellar,” she said. “We’ve been very pleased with how easy it has been to communicate with the Vacatia team. Our priority is managing the resort in a way that allows our on-site manager to concentrate more on the property, and we look forward to exploring additional opportunities with Vacatia as the relationship develops.”

Brewster Green offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, racquetball, a fitness center, walking trails, a playground and other recreational amenities. The resort is minutes from Cape Cod’s bay beaches and the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Vacatia manages over 60 resorts with more than 12,000 units in 13 U.S. states and the Caribbean. It also provides its standalone rental monetization services and fully integrated Vacatia Technology Platform to additional resorts. Nearly 500,000 owners rely on Vacatia for their vacation needs.
