VENU Expands Booking and Talent Team to Power Programming Across Growing Portfolio
Paola Palazzo and Kevin Couch Bring Experience from Live Nation, Madison Square Garden, CAA, and ATG Entertainment to VENU's Multi-Seasonal Portfolio
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., October 22, 2026--Venu Holding Corporation ("VENU" or the "Company") (NYSE AMERICAN: VENU), an owner, operator, and developer of premium live entertainment destinations, today announced the expansion of its booking team with the addition of Paola Palazzo, as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent along with Kevin Couch as Senior Vice President of Talent.
"You can build the most beautiful venue in the world, but it all comes down to who's on stage," said J.W. Roth, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of VENU. "This elite team is still growing and comes with deep relationships across the industry, unique programming knowledge, and a track record of filling buildings, and that's what turns our venues into year-round destinations for fans and strong performers for our shareholders."
The additions come as VENU builds what it believes is a new asset class in live entertainment: multi-seasonal, more-than-music venues with multi-configuration capability for year-round programming and immersive videoboards and other technology that will bring fans deeper inside the performance. Palazzo and Couch will help shape that programming across the Company's growing portfolio.
