Tobe Cohen Named Chief Executive Officer of Hyland’s Consumer Health and Hello Bello Consumer Wellness

Former CEO Will Righeimer to Remain with the Company as an Executive Advisor and Board Member

LOS ANGELES, August 25, 2026--Hyland's Consumer Health ("Hyland's"), a leading pediatric-focused consumer health and wellness company that comprises the Hyland's Naturals and Hello Bello brands, today announced that it has appointed Tobe Cohen as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Will Righeimer who will remain involved with Hyland's as an Executive Advisor and Board member.

Mr. Cohen has spent more than 25 years growing consumer health and wellness brands across retail, direct-to-consumer, and omnichannel market segments. He began his career at Procter & Gamble's baby care division followed by senior leadership roles at Abbott Nutrition where he was instrumental in accelerating innovation and market growth across the portfolio of brands including Similac, Pedialyte, and PediaSure. Most recently, he spent the last eight years at Pharmavite, where he was instrumental in driving the transformation of the organization into a high growth portfolio of leading brands including Nature Made, MegaFood, Bonafide, and Uqora, while transforming digitally native brands into omnichannel leaders.
