LOS ANGELES, October 16, 2026--AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), the world's largest, non-profit public health organization providing direct HIV/ADS services to over 3.3 million clients across the globe, will celebrate 40 years of impact during its annual World AIDS Day concert commemoration. Continuing his partnership with AHF, Ricky Martin will headline the free event scheduled for the evening of Monday, November 30, 2026, at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

Martin – a multi-award-winning global star and philanthropist has used his platform to bring greater awareness and support for various issues around HIV/AIDS, human trafficking, and LGBTQIA+ rights. He joined AHF in 2023 to perform to a sold-out crowd as the headliner for the organization's World AIDS Day concert at the Watsco Center at the University of Miami (UM) in Coral Gables, Florida.

AHF is returning to the Kia Forum to present this year's commemoration and celebrate its 40th anniversary. AHF held its event at the iconic venue in 2021 when celebrating the organization's 35th anniversary, which featured Christina Aguliera and Jennifer Hudson.

Commemorated annually on December 1st, World AIDS Day is an international observance held to raise awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, show support for people living with HIV, and remember those who have died from AIDS-related illnesses. Since, 2016, AHF's World AIDS Day commemoration, under the slogan of Keep the Promise, has been presented in cities across the country, including Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C. and Houston. To heighten broader public awareness to the on-going impact of the global epidemic, and the work still to be done, the organization has previously worked with acclaimed director/choreographer, Debbie Allen to produce the show and over the last decade, partnered with a diverse array of performing artists such as Mariah Carey, Common, Janet Jackson, Patti LaBelle, Jennifer Holliday, Diana Ross and Gladys Knight to perform at the annual event.

According to recent statistics from U.N. AIDS, there are over 41 million individuals living with HIV and 1.2 million have been newly diagnosed. Domestically, approximately 1.2 million people live with HIV in the U.S., and about 13% of them do not know they have it, according to HIV.gov.

Founded in 1987, AIDS Healthcare Foundation started as a network of hospices and grassroots advocacy in Los Angeles. It was originally known as the AIDS Hospice Foundation before changing its name to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation in 1990. To date, AHF has healthcare and wellness centers in 50 countries and 19 domestic locations including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. AHF provides direct HIV/AIDS services to over 3.2 million individuals in care.
