SimRacing Expo 2026

Thousands attended the world’s biggest event dedicated to simulation racing, which returns in 2027

FRANKFURT, Germany, October 21, 2026  - The 2026 SimRacing Expo saw a record attendance of 29,580 people over three days at Frankfurt Messe. 2027’s show promises to be the biggest yet, as it was announced to return to Frankfurt on the weekend of 17-18 September.

The SimRacing Expo is the world’s biggest consumer and trade show dedicated to virtual racing and flying, bringing together thousands of fans with the industry’s leading developers and hardware manufacturers. Spanning over 14,000 square meters of Frankfurt Messe, the Expo was supported with an array of cars from Aston Martin, BWT Alpine Formula One Team, the infamous Dacia Logan by Ollies Garage, a Nordschleife Fan Favorite, plus Manthey-Racing, Mercedes-AMG, National Car Museum by Loh Collection, Porsche and Porsche Motorsport.

On the Expo’s first-ever Premiere Friday, fans in attendance and watching online saw more new product reveals on-stage than ever before. 35,000+ viewers watched over the weekend on the SimRacing Expo YouTube channel to see reveals from the likes of Assetto Corsa, ImSim, Fanatec, Simucube and more.

“Thank you to all our exhibitors, visitors and, of course, Messe Frankfurt. Every single one of you helped us take the SimRacing Expo to a whole new level. What an incredible weekend it was! We stepped into this new chapter with a mix of excitement, anticipation and a few unknowns. A new city, a new venue and new processes. We knew there would be challenges, but we could never have imagined just how much you would exceed our expectations.

The Expo was filled with passion, emotions, positive energy and an incredible community spirit. It was a weekend that reminded us why we do what we do and why SimRacing is so much more than just racing. It is about people, shared passion and bringing an entire community together. Looking back with a little distance, we feel incredibly proud and grateful to have been able to organise this event for all of you. Seeing the Expo come to life in Frankfurt and witnessing the enthusiasm throughout the weekend made every challenge along the way worthwhile.

And last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to our incredible team at South West Vision. Your dedication, hard work and commitment made all of this possible. What you achieved was truly outstanding, and we could not be prouder of what we accomplished together.
