Name partner David Norton named DFW Aviation Lawyer of the Year

DALLAS, August 20, 2026--A total of 22 Shackelford, McKinley & Norton attorneys have earned recognition in The Best Lawyers in America legal guides, including name partner David Norton who was selected as the 2027 Dallas-Fort Worth Aviation Lawyer of the Year.

Mr. Norton's internationally recognized aviation law practice encompasses a broad range of regulatory, risk management, transactional, tax and commercial dispute resolution matters. Board Certified in Aviation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he is a frequent speaker at business aviation conferences addressing crucial industry issues, and actively participates in many business aviation industry-related committees and groups.
