PureEHS Strengthens Leadership Team with Chief Financial Officer and Chief Product Officer

PureEHS names Jay Golonka CFO and Joe Harmon CPO as the Company Invests in Growth and Product Innovation.

NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 19, 2026--PureEHS, a comprehensive workforce health and safety software company, today announced the appointments of Jay Golonka as Chief Financial Officer and Joe Harmon as Chief Product Officer. The two hires add experienced financial and product leadership as PureEHS scales its business and invests in its product suite.

Founded in April 2026, PureEHS brings together an established portfolio of software and training products with deep roots in occupational health and workplace safety. The company's solutions are PureOHS, PureSYSTOC, PureSafety, and LearnShare. Leading healthcare systems and manufacturing companies in the world rely on them, and every product is built around one mission: ensuring every worker is ready, safe and healthy – every day.

Golonka brings extensive experience leading finance organizations at private equity-backed software companies, where he has driven growth, operational discipline, and value creation. He most recently served as CFO of NetSPI and before that as CFO of Prometheus Group.
