- New Rage Game Pooper Scooper Lands on Steam
Press release
The litter box is full, the poop is waiting, and it's a race to the trash can.
OCTOBER 2026 — Developed by Zemore Indie Games, LLC, Pooper Scooper is a physics-based rage game that challenges players to transfer cat poop from the litter box to the trash bin. What sounds like a simple chore quickly becomes a frustrating test of precision, balance, and patience.
Created by Filipino developers Hans Andre Abila and Arvin Padua, the game puts a comedic spin on an everyday task through intentionally challenging controls and unpredictable physics, turning litter box cleanup into a chaotic gaming experience.
MASTERING THE SCOOP
The game's difficulty is defined by its intentionally complex controls: There is no scoop button. Instead, you control the scoop manually. Lower it, raise it, rotate it, tilt it, move it, and make sure the poop doesn't get thrown out.
MIND YOUR WEIGHT
Different shapes and sizes of poop affect how well you can control your scoop. The more you carry, the harder it is to keep everything balanced, forcing you to choose between risking it all or making multiple trips to be safe.
CATS EVERYWHERE!
Cats do more than just be part of the scenery. Loafing cats are present in each level, randomly walking and flying around the room. Bumping into one with a scoop full of poop might make you drop it to the floor, making you lose the level.
NAVIGATING THE CHAOS
As players progress, increasingly chaotic furniture layouts will make getting to the trash bin more difficult. Furniture can stack, block pathways, and even obscure the location of the bin, forcing players to carefully maneuver the scoop while keeping the poop balanced. With the bin becoming harder to reach, players will be incentivized to choose the much harder way of balancing multiple poops in the scoop— all in one trip.
