Fortune Media and Great Place To Work Name White Castle to 2026 Best Workplaces in Retail List, Ranking No. 11

COLUMBUS, Ohio, October 20, 2026--Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected White Castle for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Retail™ list. This is White Castle's fifth consecutive year being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at 11th place in the large category. Earning a spot means that White Castle is one of the best retail companies to work for in the country.

The Best Workplaces in Retail award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 76,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the retail industry.

Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, work status, or other demographic identifier.
