SAN JOSE, Calif., October 20, 2026--Today, at its annual innovation and customer success conference, Calix, Inc. (NYSE: CALX) announced new SmartMDU™ capabilities on the AI-native Calix One™ platform, giving service providers more ways to efficiently grow across multifamily markets.

Multifamily properties represent a significant growth opportunity for service providers as property managers seek to attract and retain residents. Increasingly, these residents expect secure, reliable connectivity from the moment they move in—both in their dwelling and property-wide—including historically hard-to-reach areas such as parking garages. SmartMDU is purpose-built to simplify the delivery of move-in-ready connectivity across multifamily properties.
