DistillerSR Appoints Mark Droke as Chief Commercial Officer

DistillerSR® Inc., the pioneer and market leader in AI-enabled literature review automation and evidence management software, today announced the appointment of Mark Droke as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Mark will lead DistillerSR's global commercial organization to accelerate the company's growth across pharmaceutical, medical device and life sciences markets.

Mark brings more than 27 years of experience leading growth, transformation and value creation across pharmaceutical, healthcare technology and life sciences organizations. Mark has built and led high-performing commercial organizations, consistently delivering profitable growth in both public and private equity-backed companies. He has been a member of executive leadership teams that have successfully exited three businesses (one public and two private equity transactions). For the past 12 years, he has served on executive leadership teams, working with CEOs and Boards to shape corporate strategy, drive organizational transformation and execute growth initiatives.

Most recently, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer at Valeris (formerly TrialCard and Mercalis), where he led commercial strategy across patient services, clinical trial services, virtual engagement and contract sales. Mark was instrumental in seven acquisitions, contributing to commercial due diligence, valuation, integration planning, go-to-market strategy and post-acquisition value creation, and played an instrumental role in two successful company exits. Through his firm, M.A.D. Pharma & Patient Services Consulting, he has also advised private equity and pharmaceutical manufacturers on commercial strategy, patient services, market dynamics and M&A.
