Cluttermancer: Tidy Up the Nightmare Alley

Press release

Free demo opens the first shop ahead of Steam Next Fest, with two shops waiting in Early Access

Ahead of Steam Next Fest (starting October 19), Ivy Juice and SethMadDev are releasing the free demo of Cluttermancer: Tidy Up the Nightmare Alley on October 17 at 6 PM CEST, and confirming the Early Access launch on October 30, 2026.

A new trailer premieres on YouTube at the same time, October 17 at 6 PM CEST: https://youtu.be/9LhAoAzgNfo

Cluttermancer is a first-person organization sim set in the same universe as My Little Cafe Nightmare, SethMadDev’s debut, which Ivy Juice published and which has sold 15,000 copies to date. This time the two studios are co-developing the game, with Ivy Juice again publishing.

Players take on the impossible task of sorting and shelving strange magical wares across a bustling, crooked alley of shops. Wands hum. Tomes whisper. Every correctly shelved item brings a little more order to a street that’s never quite been tidy… and never quite been explained. The demo opens the first shop, Early Access launches with two, and more shops will follow during Early Access. The full alley holds five shops and more than 6,666 items: wands, books, potions, gravestones, and (stolen) coffee cups.

Key Features

  • A Growing Alley: Start with two shops in Early Access, with more opening their doors in upcoming updates.
  • Visual Satisfaction: There's a real joy in watching a chaotic shop resolve into order - clutter thinning and shelves filling.
  • Cozy Charm: Wands hum. Tomes whisper. Every shop is packed with little details, in-jokes, and clutter that rewards a closer look.
  • Efficiency Through Mastery: The faster and cleaner you sort, the more you're rewarded - unlocking abilities that turn a slow tidy into a satisfying rhythm.
  • A Street Worth Getting Lost In: No two shops are alike. Each one is a small, self-contained slice of a bigger, busier magical world.
  • Expanding the My Little Cafe Nightmare Universe: Cluttermancer is set in the same town and universe as My Little Cafe Nightmare.
