Built to support demanding workloads such as generative AI inference, high-frequency gaming, and enterprise virtualization, this 35% footprint growth allows software engineering teams to provision workload-tailored hardware with sub-millisecond local routing and all-NVMe storage arrays—providing the raw performance, control, and predictable cost structure of dedicated infrastructure without the overhead of hyperscale cloud environments.

Following a rapid expansion from 37 international locations, the provider leverages premier facility operators—including Equinix, Telehouse, Digital Realty, Interxion, and Cologix—to deliver workload-tailored compute without hyperscaler overhead.

Global infrastructure provider 1Gbits today announced a major network expansion, growing its bare metal hosting footprint from 37 to more than 50 international data center locations. The rollout introduces next-generation AMD EPYC, Ryzen 9, Threadripper PRO, and GPU-accelerated server configurations built specifically for compute-heavy workloads like AI inference, high-frequency gaming, and enterprise virtualization.

The 35% footprint expansion incorporates deployments within premier international facility operators and carrier hotel facilities worldwide—including Equinix, Telehouse, Digital Realty, Interxion (Digital Realty), CoreSite, Cologix, and Quadranet. This guarantees sub-millisecond local routing, enterprise-grade power redundancy, and direct access to major Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.
