  1. FinanceFocus Graphite Advances Lac Knife Toward Construction Readiness with Up to C$1.93 Million in Combined Government Infrastructure SupportOttawa, Ontario, Oct 15, 2026 - Focus Graphite Inc. (TSXV: FMS) (OTCQB: FCSMF) (FSE: FKC0) ("Focus" or the "Company"), a Canadian developer of high-grade flake graphite deposits and advanced graphite materials for battery, defence, and industrial applications, is pleased to announce the engagement of Construction & Expertise PG ("PG") to advance geotechnical investigations and detailed engineering for the proposed all-season access road to its flagship Lac Knife Graphite Project ("Lac Knife" or the "Project") in Quebec. The engagement marks an important step toward construction readiness and forms part of a broader infrastructure initiative supported by up to C$1,932,750 in combined non-dilutive federal and provincial funding. This includes newly approved non-repayable financial assistance of up to C$554,050 from the Societe du Plan Nord ("SPN"), representing 50% of eligible access road planning and development costs under its Northern Infrastructure Fund in Support of the Mining Sector (Enveloppe nordique d'infrastructures en appui au secteur minier), and previously announced support of up to C$1,378,700 from Natural Resources Canada ("NRCan") through its First and Last Mile Fund ("FLMF"). The provincial contribution is dedicated exclusively to the access road, while the federal funding supports pre-construction planning for both the road and the electrical infrastructure required to connect Lac Knife to Hydro-Quebec's power network. Together, these complementary investments are helping advance the transportation and energy infrastructure necessary for Lac Knife's development while allowing the Company to preserve capital for its broader project development and advanced materials strategy. Advancing Lac Knife's Access Road Toward Construction Readiness The proposed all-weather gravel access road will connect the Lac Knife Project site to Highway 389, providing reliable year-round access to support future mine construction, personnel transportation, equipment mobilization and the eventual transportation of graphite concentrate. PG's mandate encompasses geotechnical and geophysical investigations, subsurface characterization, evaluation of construction materials and engineering activities required to advance a construction-ready access road design. Key deliverables will include preliminary and final engineering drawings, technical specifications, a bill of quantities, detailed cost estimates, a construction schedule and tender documents to support future construction planning and procurement. The program includes: Approximately eleven (11) kilometres of geophysical investigations using seismic refraction and multichannel analysis of surface waves (MASW), including associated data processing, interpretation and technical reporting. Approximately sixty (60) geotechnical test pits along the proposed road corridor to characterize subsurface conditions, assess soil and foundation properties, and inform road design requirements. Reconnaissance and sampling of potential borrow material sources, supported by laboratory testing of foundation soils and construction materials to evaluate their suitability for road construction. Targeted geotechnical drilling at critical locations along the proposed road corridor, where warranted by field investigation results and subject to additional authorization. High-resolution drone-based topographic surveys of the proposed road corridor and any revised alignments, to support final engineering design and future construction planning. Development of geotechnical profiles, pavement design recommendations and associated technical reporting to support detailed road and drainage engineering. The field investigation program has advanced substantially, generating critical technical data to refine engineering designs, optimize construction requirements and support the next phase of project development. "Infrastructure is what transforms a mineral resource into a strategic asset," said Dean Hanisch, Chief Executive Officer of Focus Graphite. "With PG advancing the technical work required for our access road, we are translating project planning into tangible steps towards construction readiness. The support of the Governments of Québec and Canada allows us to advance this essential infrastructure while maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation and project development." The coordinated advancement of road access and grid connection planning is intended to strengthen Lac Knife's development readiness, reduce infrastructure-related uncertainty and establish the technical foundation for future construction. "Support from two levels of government for complementary infrastructure initiatives underscores the strategic importance of advancing Lac Knife," said Jason Latkowcer, Vice President, Corporate Development of Focus Graphite. "We are systematically removing barriers to development, reducing risk and strengthening Lac Knife's investment case, while leveraging non-dilutive funding to minimize shareholder dilution." Responsible Infrastructure Development The Lac Knife Project is located on the Nitassinan, the ancestral lands of the Innu Takuaikan Uashat mak Mani-utenam ("ITUM"). Focus has maintained a collaborative relationship with ITUM since entering into a Pre-Development Agreement in 2014 and continues to advance project planning in collaboration with the community. The Company's infrastructure strategy prioritizes the use of existing transportation corridors wherever practical, with the objective of minimizing new environmental disturbance while supporting responsible project development. The proposed access road and electrical connection are fundamental components of Lac Knife's long-term development strategy. Together, they are intended to establish reliable year-round access and support the transition toward grid-connected mining and processing operations. Lac Knife hosts one of North America's highest-grade natural graphite deposits and serves as the upstream foundation of Focus Graphite's strategy to establish an integrated advanced graphite materials platform serving battery, defence, nuclear energy and advanced manufacturing supply chains. 3. AIORGANA Highlights In-House Manufacturing and GMP PracticesSpringville, UT Thursday Oct 15, 2026 @ 5:00 AM Eastern — ORGANA, a Utah-based wellness company offering mineral and botanical products, is highlighting an important distinction in its business model: the company manufactures its products in-house, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), rather than relying on third-party contract manufacturers. While many wellness brands outsource manufacturing to specialized production facilities, ORGANA maintains direct responsibility for its manufacturing operations. This approach gives the company greater oversight of production processes, quality-control procedures and the consistency of its product portfolio. For ORGANA, in-house manufacturing is part of a broader commitment to maintaining control over how its products are produced, from raw materials through finished goods. "There's a difference between selling a product with your name on it and actually manufacturing that product yourself," said Larry Mills, CEO of ORGANA. "We've chosen to handle our own manufacturing because we want direct oversight of the products we put into the marketplace. Quality is something we take seriously throughout the process." ORGANA follows GMP practices in its manufacturing operations, emphasizing established production procedures, quality controls and consistency. By keeping manufacturing in-house, the company can oversee its processes directly rather than depending on outside manufacturers to manage production on its behalf. The company's manufacturing approach supports a portfolio of mineral and botanical wellness products, including: Plant-Derived Trace Minerals - A liquid mineral product sourced from an ancient mineral deposit in Utah, offering naturally occurring trace minerals in a convenient format. Liquid Oxygen 125 PPM - A liquid product that is part of ORGANA's broader wellness portfolio. Essiac Tea - A botanical product based on a traditional herbal blend. Pomegranate Mineral Drink - A pomegranate-flavored liquid mineral product offering another way to incorporate minerals into everyday routines. These products reflect ORGANA's focus on mineral and botanical formulations, with in-house manufacturing providing a consistent approach to production oversight across the portfolio. Maintaining its own manufacturing operations also allows ORGANA to keep product development and production closely connected. As the company continues to grow its retail presence, this operating model remains an important part of its approach to quality and customer confidence. "Consumers don't always know who actually makes the products they're buying," Mills added. "For us, manufacturing isn't something we've handed off to another company. It's part of who we are and how we operate." ORGANA products are available through Amazon, Walmart and OneLavi.com, providing consumers with access to the company's mineral and botanical wellness portfolio. As ORGANA continues expanding its presence in the U.S. marketplace, the company plans to maintain its focus on in-house manufacturing, GMP practices and direct oversight of production. About ORGANA International Founded in 1997, ORGANA International is a wellness company committed to delivering natural, bioavailable products that help people live healthier lives. From trace minerals and liquid oxygen to magnesium creams and detoxification teas, ORGANA’s product line is designed to restore vital elements often missing in modern lifestyles. Headquartered in Springville, Utah, ORGANA is a customer-first company with a 5-star BBB rating and nearly three decades of dedication to natural wellness. 10. Finance'AI + Retail' Dual-Drive Creates Compound Growth: Huitongda Network (9878.HK) Empowers E-commerce Merchants to Improve Quality and Efficiency with 'Dabi AI'Hong Kong, Oct 15, 2026 - As the “Double Eleven” shopping festival approaches, the e-commerce team of Jiangsu Athleta Sports Co., Ltd. is stepping up preparations for the launch of new seasonal apparel products and promotional campaigns. In the past, creating product main images required close coordination among graphic designers, models, and photo studios. Today, with the support of “Dabi AI” from Boundary Consulting, a subsidiary of Huitongda Network, virtual model try-on effects can be generated with one click, increasing the efficiency of new product launches by 5 to 10 times with sales in its e-commerce business increasing by more than 50%. Starting with empowering lower-tier retail, Huitongda has consolidated its core foundation of township mom-and-pop stores while extending its comprehensive “AI + Retail” capabilities into online e-commerce scenarios. With the continuous penetration of e-commerce merchants into Huitongda's customer ecosystem, new growth opportunities driven by the implementation of AI applications are gradually emerging. Integrating Capabilities: Synergies Between Member Stores and E-commerce Resources The new achievement of Huitongda’s “AI + Retail” dual-drive lies in a successful capability grafting. Last November, Huitongda completed the acquisition of a 57% stake in Boundary Consulting, a leading e-commerce AI company. With 15 years of experience in the e-commerce sector, Boundary Consulting has developed the “Dabi AI” platform for e-commerce merchants. The platform integrates product analysis, competitor research, visual content generation, asset management and automated tasks, helping e-commerce teams carry out business analysis, content production and task execution within a unified platform. This integration also creates synergies in both directions. Having deeply cultivated the lower-tier market for over a decade and serving more than 250,000 township member stores, Huitongda Network has accumulated authentic transaction data, short-chain supply chains, and retail scenario experience. What Boundary Consulting contributes, on the other hand, consists of e-commerce-side AI application services, customer resources, and operational expertise. By connecting the two businesses, the retail capabilities developed through serving member stores expand the growth potential of the e-commerce business, while the algorithms and content creation capabilities developed on the e-commerce side, in turn, enhance offline store operations. The same AI capabilities can be applied across different customer groups and retail scenarios, reducing marginal costs while accumulating more scenario-specific data and creating a compounding effect. This is what fundamentally distinguishes Huitongda’s dual-engine “AI + Retail” strategy from standalone AI products. Building a Competitive Moat Through End-to-End Integration From the perspective of its product matrix, Huitongda’s AI matrix is no longer a collection of isolated tools, but an integrated network connecting online and offline channels as well as the end-to-end supply chain. On the e-commerce side, “Dabi AI” serves e-commerce merchants; on the offline store side, “Qiancheng Cloud AI” and the Qiancheng AI Super Store Manager, the latter integrating more than 24 scenario-based intelligent agents, continue to provide technological capabilities to physical retail stores; on the enterprise service side, “LeapoAI” integrates over 100 specialised features to serve brand owners and factories. Underpinning these three business segments is Huitongda’s intelligent supply chain system, supported by years of experience in providing integrated operational services to retail customers. This system connects upstream supply chain partners and brand manufacturers with downstream retail stores, FMCG retail chains and e-commerce merchants, creating a closed-loop flow of commercial activities, data and AI capabilities across the value chain. In the first half of 2026, Huitongda’s AI-related revenue exceeded RMB 78.91 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 32.3% and accounting for more than 70% of its full-year AI-related revenue in 2025. These results demonstrate customer willingness to pay and progress in the commercial adoption of AI applications. For Huitongda, the value of this network extends far beyond tool-level revenue. Scenario density, depth of data, and fulfillment capabilities mutually reinforce one another—the denser the scenarios, the more authentic the data, the faster the model iteration, and the lower the unit customer acquisition and service costs. This barrier, built upon real transactions and offline fulfillment, represents a core asset that general large models can hardly acquire and is difficult to replicate in the short term. Looking at the retail sector in the AI era, what the industry truly lacks is not general models, but professional enablers capable of embedding AI capabilities into real business scenarios and continuously generating scale benefits. Driven by the “AI + Retail” strategy, Huitongda is connecting offline member stores and online e-commerce merchants, leading the retail industry toward a comprehensive AI-driven upgrade.
