  7. SaaSGAFA 2026 Strengthens Malaysia's Built Environment Ecosystem Through Landmark Co-locationKUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3, 2026 - The road to International Construction Week (ICW), BuildXpo Malaysia and Glasstech Asia & Fenestration Asia (GAFA) 2026 gathered momentum this week, as industry leaders and stakeholders came together at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, ahead of the major industry gathering taking place from 10–12 November 2026. Held under the theme “Beyond Limits”, the ICW & BuildXpo Malaysia and ICTC 2026 Preview brought together representatives from government, industry, associations and media to share the direction of this year’s programme and the opportunities ahead for Malaysia’s construction and built-environment sector. Among those present were Sr Ahmad Farrin Mokhtar, Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia; Richard Teo, Executive Chairman of Qube Integrated Malaysia; and Annie Suwapit, Project Manager of GAFA 2026, alongside other industry stakeholders. This year’s edition will see GAFA co-located with ICW & BuildXpo Malaysia for the first time, bringing the glass, façade and fenestration industries closer to the wider construction ecosystem at MITEC. Bringing the Glass and Construction Industries Together The addition of GAFA marks a significant expansion of the industry offering this November, connecting construction technologies, machinery, materials and digital solutions with glass, windows, façades and building-envelope technologies. Speaking at the Preview, Richard Teo, Executive Chairman of Qube Integrated Malaysia, highlighted the increasing connection between these sectors, particularly as the industry focuses on energy efficiency, building performance, sustainability and smarter design. “For us, this collaboration is about creating more value from bringing complementary industries together under one roof,” said Teo. Now in its 22nd edition for Glasstech Asia and 9th edition for Fenestration Asia, GAFA brings an established regional platform to Kuala Lumpur, connecting the glass, façade and fenestration industries across Southeast Asia and beyond. GAFA 2026 will showcase technologies and solutions spanning glass manufacturing and processing, architectural and high-performance glass, façade and building-envelope systems, windows and doors, machinery, components and related technologies. A Regional Meeting Point in Kuala Lumpur The co-location reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of today’s built environment, where the performance of a building is shaped by how design, engineering, materials, technology, construction practices and sustainability come together. Sr Ahmad Farrin Mokhtar, Chief Executive of CIDB Malaysia, reinforced this in his address at the Preview: “By bringing these complementary sectors together, we create greater opportunities for cross-sector knowledge exchange, business connections and international collaboration.” For GAFA, Kuala Lumpur provides an important gateway to connect its regional and international glass, façade and fenestration community with Malaysia’s construction industry and the wider ASEAN market. Annie Suwapit, Project Manager of GAFA 2026, said: “The co-location creates an exciting opportunity for us to connect the glass, façade and fenestration community more closely with the wider construction ecosystem. With the support of CIDB Malaysia and our growing network of industry associations and partners across Asia, we look forward to bringing the regional industry together in Kuala Lumpur to discover new solutions, exchange knowledge and build meaningful business connections.” GAFA 2026 is strengthened by a growing network of industry associations, including the Singapore Glass Association (SGA), Malaysia Glass Association (MGA), Safety Glass Processors Association of Malaysia (SGPAM) and Pertubuhan Ikhtisas Façade Malaysia (PIFM), together with industry associations and partners from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This regional network extends GAFA’s reach across Asia, connecting manufacturers and technology providers with architects, façade consultants, engineers, contractors, glass processors, fabricators, developers and other built-environment professionals, while supporting growing opportunities in sustainable construction, digitalisation and modern building technologies. The wider ICW & BuildXpo Malaysia 2026 programme will further expand the visitor experience with the AsiaConstruct Conference, BAMBuilDs’26 Talk & Dialogue, Global Opportunities Seminar and Impact Change Through Construction (ICTC) Conference, alongside The Build Series, featuring technical insights, innovation showcases and thought-leadership discussions. New initiatives including Build ProPass and Build360 will further connect conferences, exhibitions, business opportunities and professional development across the three-day event. Together, GAFA, ICW and BuildXpo Malaysia will bring the construction, glass, façade and fenestration industries together at MITEC from 10–12 November 2026, creating a regional meeting point for knowledge exchange, cross-sector collaboration and new business opportunities. More Than an Exhibition Beyond the exhibition floor, GAFA 2026 will feature a three-day conference and networking programme, bringing together architects, consultants, manufacturers, industry associations and technical experts to exchange perspectives on developments shaping the future of glass, façades and the built environment. Discussions will explore sustainable and high-performance façades, tropical building design, BIM and digital construction, energy efficiency and emerging building technologies, complemented by business matching and networking opportunities designed to encourage new partnerships across the region. From discovering new glass and façade technologies to meeting regional decision-makers, exchanging ideas with industry experts and developing new partnerships, GAFA 2026 will provide multiple ways for the industry to connect, learn and do business. The Company is successfully proving up the prospectivity of its extensive project portfolio, which includes multiple district-scale landholdings and scalable drill ready targets. These assets are located in Australia's Lachlan Fold Belt, one of the globe's leading porphyry belts, and the historical Condobolin mining field within the Cobar basin in NSW. The Company has already unlocked over A$100 million of potential partner funding for multiple earlier stage and/or non-core porphyry projects. These initial deals have supported over 20,000 metres of drilling and over A$10m of partner funded exploration since late 2024, with management fees and exploration ramping up. Various partner discussions are ongoing for its remaining 100% owned flagship and advanced exploration stage porphyry projects. By having a significant portfolio of partner funded large porphyry projects, and very focused capital efficient programs at our other sole funded projects, the Company is seeking to position Kincora as a leading institutional grade explorer in the public Australian and Canadian markets, and the leading project generator on the ASX. 11. FinanceFocus Graphite Establishes C$2.0 Million Revolving Credit Facility with CIBC to Support Government-Funded Work Programs and Working CapitalCompanies: Canadian Imperial Bank of CommerceOTTAWA, ON, Sept 14, 2026 - Focus Graphite Inc. (TSXV: FMS) (OTCQB: FCSMF) (FSE: FKC0) ("Focus" or the "Company"), a Canadian developer of high-grade flake graphite deposits and advanced graphite materials for battery, defence and industrial applications, is pleased to announce that it has established a secured revolving line of credit facility of up to C$2.0 million (the "Facility") with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC"). The Facility provides Focus with additional working-capital flexibility as the Company advances work programs supported by previously announced non-dilutive government funding agreements. In particular, the Facility is intended to help bridge the timing between Focus's payment of eligible project expenditures, the subsequent submission and review of claims under applicable contribution agreements, and the receipt of corresponding government contributions. Focus has secured more than C$15 million in previously announced non-dilutive federal funding to support development of its Lac Knife Graphite Project and downstream graphite-processing initiatives. This includes up to approximately C$14.1 million in non-repayable funding from Natural Resources Canada ("NRCan") under the Global Partnerships Initiative ("GPI"), announced December 8, 2025, and up to C$1,378,700 in non-repayable funding under NRCan's First and Last Mile Fund ("FLMF"), announced June 3, 2026. The GPI funding supports Focus's program to advance electrothermal purification of Canadian natural flake graphite and the development, piloting and demonstration of ultra-high-purity graphite production capabilities. The FLMF funding supports engineering, environmental, permitting, Indigenous engagement and feasibility activities associated with planned road and electrical infrastructure serving the Company's Lac Knife Graphite Project in Quebec. As these programs move further into active execution, Focus expects the scale and frequency of eligible expenditures to increase. The Facility is intended to provide liquidity during the period between the Company's payment of qualifying project costs and receipt of eligible government contributions, allowing capital to be recycled as reimbursements are received while maintaining continuity across funded work programs. All funding remains subject to the terms, eligible expenditure requirements and reimbursement procedures of the applicable contribution agreements. Importantly, no common shares, warrants or other securities of Focus were issued in connection with the Facility. The Company believes the addition of conventional bank financing provides greater flexibility to manage short-term working-capital requirements while reducing the need to access the equity markets solely to bridge reimbursement timing. Dean Hanisch, Chief Executive Officer of Focus Graphite, commented, "The scale of non-dilutive government funding Focus has secured creates an important opportunity to advance Lac Knife, related infrastructure and our downstream technology programs while preserving shareholder capital. Because these contribution programs generally require eligible expenditures to be incurred before reimbursement is received, this revolving facility gives us an efficient way to bridge that timing difference and maintain momentum across our funded work programs. Our intention is to use the Facility as a working-capital bridge, reduce borrowings as approved government contributions are received and recycle that availability into subsequent phases of work where appropriate. Adding conventional bank credit gives us greater financial flexibility without issuing equity or warrants and supports our broader objective of minimizing unnecessary shareholder dilution as we execute on these programs." CIBC Revolving Credit Facility Under the Facility, Focus has access to a revolving demand line of credit of up to C$2.0 million. Amounts drawn under the Facility bear interest at CIBC's Prime Rate plus 2.00% per annum. Principal amounts borrowed and subsequently repaid may be re-borrowed, providing Focus with flexibility to manage recurring working-capital requirements as its funded programs progress. Amounts outstanding under the Facility are repayable on demand. The Facility is secured by a first security interest over the present and after-acquired personal property of Focus Graphite Inc. and is supported by an unlimited guarantee from the Chairman of Focus Graphite. The Facility may be used for day-to-day cash flow requirements, including working capital associated with the timing of expenditures and reimbursements under the Company's government-supported programs, as well as for general corporate working-capital purposes. While the Facility is intended to reduce the Company's reliance on equity financing for these short-term requirements, it does not preclude Focus from accessing the equity markets or other sources of capital in the future where the Company determines such financing is appropriate to advance its broader development strategy. About Focus Graphite Advanced Materials Inc. Focus Graphite is building an integrated graphite platform to supply the industries shaping the future. Through the development of world-class graphite resources, advanced processing technologies and higher-value advanced materials, the Company is positioning itself to support battery, defence, advanced manufacturing and other strategic industries across North America and allied markets. The platform is anchored by the Company's two 100%-owned graphite assets in Quebec. Lac Knife is one of North America's highest-grade feasibility-stage graphite deposits, while Lac Tetepisca is one of the largest identified graphite resources globally. Together with strategic technology partnerships and government-supported innovation initiatives, these assets provide the foundation for a secure, scalable and increasingly integrated graphite supply chain.
