SEATTLE, October 19, 2026--Wyze, a company dedicated to making smart home technology accessible and safe, today announced the Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan Plus, launching as part of Wyze Week. It takes the eight-electrode, arm-leg-torso tracking of the Scale Ultra BodyScan and moves the results up to where you're actually looking: a 4.3-inch full-color display built into the handle, so your full breakdown is waiting at eye level the second you step on.
The Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan Plus connects through bluetooth and Wifi, tracks over 50 body metrics, and adds the handle display. Comparable eight-electrode handle scales retail for $200 and up and typically rely on just Bluetooth connection. Wi-Fi allows measurements to sync to the Wyze app on their own, even with your phone nowhere nearby. Every feature is free in the Wyze app, with no subscription.

Your Numbers, Eye Level: A 4.3-inch full-color TFT display in the handle shows your full body composition, your change since the last weigh-in, and trends for key metrics. Choose which metrics appear and in what order, and skip the ones you don't track.
Lab-Grade Readings: Dual-frequency BIA runs through eight smart electrodes in the platform and handle, so you get whole-body analysis, not just the lower half. It's developed and validated alongside leading clinical research institutions, so your at-home numbers line up with what you'd see in the lab.
Phone Optional: Connect over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, both, or neither. Wi-Fi syncs automatically, and the scale works fully offline with the complete readout on the handle. It also syncs with Apple Health, Health Connect, and Google Health.
