Voya and Boston Legacy Football Club help turn goals into brighter futures for Boston youth with $50,000 donation
"Goals for Growth" campaign supports Junior Achievement of Greater Boston in expanding economic opportunity and mobility for the region's youth
BOSTON, October 19, 2026--Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA) and Boston Legacy Football Club (FC) announced a $50,000 donation to Junior Achievement of Greater Boston through the "Goals for Growth" program, a community initiative that transforms Boston Legacy FC goals into economic empowerment opportunities for local youth. The donation was recognized during Boston Legacy FC's Fan Appreciation Night on Oct. 16 and marks a major milestone in the inaugural year of the partnership between Voya and the club.
"'Goals for Growth' shows what's possible when a partnership is built around a shared purpose," said Jay Kaduson, CEO of Workplace Solutions at Voya Financial. "By connecting the excitement on the field with financial education, we're helping more young people across Greater Boston build the knowledge, skills and confidence to pursue their goals. We're proud to celebrate this milestone alongside Boston Legacy Football Club and Junior Achievement of Greater Boston."
Launched as part of Voya's multiyear partnership with Boston Legacy FC, "Goals for Growth" pledged $2,000 to Junior Achievement of Greater Boston for every goal scored during the 2026 season, up to a maximum contribution of $50,000. Boston Legacy FC reached the 25-goal threshold earlier this season, unlocking the full donation amount.
The contribution will help Junior Achievement of Greater Boston expand access to programs that equip young people with essential skills in financial literacy, career readiness and entrepreneurship, helping students build confidence and prepare for their futures.
"Boston Legacy Football Club was founded with the belief that our impact should extend beyond the match," said Amina Bulman, chief revenue officer, Boston Legacy FC. "Goals for Growth is a powerful example of what can happen when we come together with Voya around a shared purpose. We are proud that our players' accomplishments on the field will help support the next generation throughout Boston."
"When young people from under-resourced communities have equal access to opportunities for financial education, they gain more than knowledge; they build the confidence to make informed decisions and pursue their goals," said Radhames Nova, president and CEO of Junior Achievement of Greater Boston. "We are grateful to Voya and Boston Legacy FC for turning the excitement of this season into meaningful opportunities for students across Greater Boston. This generous support will help us provide young people with the skills and experiences they need to succeed in school, work and life."
