Slate Medicines Strengthens Board of Directors with Appointment of Stephen K. Brannan, MD, and John D. Young

(“Slate”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company committed to advancing innovative new therapies that may broaden the treatment paradigm and potentially improve outcomes for people with migraine and other headache disorders, today announced the appointment of Stephen K. Brannan, MD, and John D. Young to the company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Brannan brings more than 25 years of clinical development experience in CNS disorders and most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer of Karuna Therapeutics. Mr. Young brings more than 35 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Pfizer, most recently as Group President and Chief Business Officer.
