YUBA CITY, Calif., Oct. 20, 2026 -- River Valley Community Bancorp (OTC markets: RVCB) with its wholly owned subsidiary, River Valley Community Bank (collectively referred to as the “Bank”), today announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Concurrent with the financial results announcement, the Bank declared a $0.08 per common share quarterly cash dividend, an increase from $0.07 per common share in the prior quarter, payable on November 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 30, 2026.
