Under the concept “Adding a splash of flavor to the memories of Osaka Castle,” the restaurant will primarily serve Wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu to international visitors. Located with a close-up view of Osaka Castle—a symbol of “Japanese castles”—the restaurant will deliver a Japanese dining experience that weaves together the rich umami of Wagyu beef and ingredients unique to the Kansai region.

After passing through the grand, stately staircase at the center of the building, we welcome you to our classically decorated bar area. The interior design is inspired by the legend that “Toyotomi Hideyoshi once enjoyed sake while gazing at the moon in the gold-leaf room of the castle keep,” resulting in a gold-toned decor. Here, a tea master well-versed in Japanese tea will carefully brew Uji tea from Kyoto and serve it alongside carefully selected pickles, offering you a moment to gently soothes the fatigue of your journey. After you have perused the menu, we will escort you to the adjacent dining area.
