Led by Dr. Carel Richter, Advisor, International Relations, Office of the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the delegation explored opportunities across advanced manufacturing, technology, hospitality, tourism, education, food and agriculture, real estate and infrastructure, while strengthening ties with government institutions and business leaders.

Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by its Director-General, His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, signed Letters of Intent with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in Florida, Ann Arbor SPARK in Michigan, and World Trade Center Utah. The agreements provide a framework for collaboration between the respective business communities, supporting trade, investment and entrepreneurship.

"This visit has demonstrated the strength of the relationships that Ras Al Khaimah is building across the U.S. and the depth of opportunity for long-term cooperation," said Dr. Richter. "Across Florida, Michigan, Nevada and Utah, we have established new partnerships and strengthened existing ones with governments, chambers, universities, businesses and investors, creating a strong foundation for practical collaboration."

Dr. Richter continued, "We see this visit as an opportunity to deepen those relationships. Our priority now is to follow through on the opportunities identified and convert them into lasting partnerships, investment, trade and knowledge exchange. We look forward to welcoming our American partners to Ras Al Khaimah and working together to create shared value for our communities and businesses."

In Florida, the delegation met with local elected officials, institutions and businesses, including Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and former Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, building on the 2025 agreement between Ras Al Khaimah and the City of Miami. Discussions with the University of Miami, Florida International University and Miami's technology community explored collaboration in education, innovation, investment and business.
