Driving Promera's growth since 2025, Ciatto will now lead commercial and operational execution across the United States and Canada

CHARLOTTE, N.C., October 20, 2026--Promera, a leading provider of mission-critical data center services backed by Angeles Equity Partners ("Angeles"), today announced that Chris Ciatto, the company's Chief Growth Officer, has been promoted to President, North America. In this expanded role, Ciatto will retain responsibility for Promera's growth organization and assume leadership of operations across the United States and Canada, aligning commercial strategy and service delivery in the world's largest data center region.

The new structure brings Promera's growth and operations functions together to support customer relationships as they grow in scale and scope, providing customers with an integrated team from initial engagement through ongoing service delivery. Ciatto's promotion follows Promera's recent expansions into Asia and Europe, as the company builds a global data center services platform.

"North America remains a core growth market for Promera as hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises expand capacity to support AI infrastructure and cloud computing," said Brian Poplin, Chief Executive Officer of Promera. "Since joining Promera, Chris has built a strong foundation for scalable growth, and under his leadership we plan to foster greater alignment across our North America business, while maintaining the operational discipline and service quality our customers expect."

Ciatto joined Promera in February 2025 as Chief Growth Officer, leading the company's sales, marketing, and M&A teams. He has driven significant growth across Promera's three lines of business, oversaw the rebrand to Promera, and completed several acquisitions that expanded the company's global reach.

He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across distributed services organizations, including serving as CEO and board member of multiple private equity-backed services businesses. Before joining Promera, Ciatto held CEO and senior growth leadership roles at MMT Ambulance, Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services, Elior North America, and Optum Health. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising consumer and technology companies on growth strategies.

"Our customers need a partner that can support them across the facility lifecycle, from construction and commissioning through ongoing operations," said Ciatto. "My focus will be on strengthening collaboration between our commercial and operations teams, expanding our capabilities, and ensuring we deliver consistent, reliable service as our customers' digital infrastructure needs grow."
