Recorded oil cash receipts from the oil and gas properties underlying the Trust (the "Underlying Properties") totaled $3.1 million for the current month on realized wellhead prices of $81.06/Bbl, down $0.8 million from the prior month's oil cash receipts.

Recorded natural gas cash receipts from the Underlying Properties totaled $2.4 million for the current month on realized wellhead prices of $3.05/Mcf, up $1.2 million from the prior month. The increase in recorded natural gas production was due in part to the first month of associated production and revenues received from three newly drilled wells in the Haynesville region.

Total accrued operating expenses decreased $0.3 million from the prior month to $2.6 million, and capital expenditures decreased $0.1 million from the prior month at $1.6 million.

As previously disclosed, COERT Holdings 1 LLC (the "Sponsor") has established a cash reserve for approved, future development expenses associated with ongoing Haynesville drilling, to account for the recent uptick in oil prices and the potential for increased capital expenditures by operators of the Underlying Properties. Given the expected increase in spending, the Sponsor has notified the Trustee that it is withholding an additional $0.3 million from the current month's net profits to be added to this cash reserve. To date, the Sponsor has established a total reserve of $2.0 million for approved, future development expenses. The Sponsor will hold this reserve to fund an expected increase in development expenses; however, if those expenses are ultimately delayed or are less than expected, or if the outlook changes, amounts reserved but unspent will be released as an incremental cash distribution in a future period.
