CHICAGO, October 21, 2026--Novatio Solutions today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Arbour Group, strengthening its commitment to life sciences and its ability to comprehensively address its customers' business, compliance, and technology needs. The acquisition brings together complementary expertise, experienced teams and established customer and partner relationships, creating opportunities to broaden services and deliver greater value to life sciences organizations.
The combination unites Novatio's capabilities in SAP supply chain management solutions, artificial intelligence and intelligent automation with Arbour Group's specialized expertise in digital compliance, software validation and testing. Together, the organizations bring a broader perspective on the technology, operational and compliance needs of life sciences customers.
