LiteLinx Announces New Organizational Structure to Accelerate Company Growth
Two dedicated divisions — LiteLinx Labs, led by General Manager Alex Freylekhman, and LiteLinx Fiber, led by Director of Sales Brian Coplin — will focus on smart infrastructure solutions and current market needs.
LiteLinx Broadband Solutions Inc. (LiteLinx) today announced a new organizational structure that creates two dedicated business divisions: LiteLinx Fiber and LiteLinx Labs. The change follows a period of significant growth for the company and is designed to support its existing customers, while allowing LiteLinx to focus on innovation that stays close to the people who use it. The new structure allows for a fast turnaround in developing solutions for new field requirements.
Under the new structure, LiteLinx Fiber will continue to serve customers' immediate project needs, including fiber-optic cable, connectivity products and outside-plant materials. The division will be led by Brian Coplin, Director of Sales. LiteLinx Labs, led by General Manager Alex Freylekhman, will support smart infrastructure solutions, such as next-generation utility locating solutions to strengthen 811 and regional call-before-you-dig programs, real-time digital twins and automatic field drift prevention, with a team of technical specialists building on SmartFiber, the F360i portfolio and related tools.
"Our customers have grown with us, and so have the opportunities ahead," said Yishai Amsterdamer, CEO of LiteLinx. "Creating two focused divisions allows each team to concentrate on what it does best. LiteLinx Fiber will continue to serve our customers' evolving project and infrastructure needs, while LiteLinx Labs will develop smart infrastructure solutions—including next-generation utility locating solutions to strengthen 811 and regional call-before-you-dig programs, real-time digital twins and automated field-drift prevention—that will transform how fiber infrastructure is deployed, managed and maintained. With the right structure and the right people focused on their respective strengths, LiteLinx is well positioned for its next stage of growth," he concluded.
LiteLinx Fiber: Focused on today's customer needs
LiteLinx Fiber remains focused on the materials that keep construction moving, working directly with customers on their active projects. The division will continue to provide the products and responsive support that customers rely on, with a single, dedicated sales team.
"Our portfolio spans fiber-optic cable and the wider outside-plant materials needed to build a network," said Brian Coplin, Director of Sales for LiteLinx Fiber. "Supply-chain uncertainty and pricing pressures can put budgets and construction schedules at risk. Our cable options include aerial lash, ADSS, underground armored and anti-rodent designs. We help customers evaluate product fit, project-specific availability, lead times and pricing together, so they can plan purchases around their construction requirements and realistic delivery expectations. As LiteLinx Labs delivers its smart infrastructure products, we look forward to bringing these solutions to the customers we work with every day, to improve how their infrastructure is deployed and maintained," he stated.
LiteLinx Labs: Technology built close to the customer
LiteLinx Labs builds on the company's existing patented and pending SmartFiber technologies and experience in fiber products and materials. With its own leadership and a technical team, the division has a clear product roadmap to accelerate development and testing with customers and industry partners. The division focuses on delivering practical solutions for project coordination, material visibility, construction documentation and smart infrastructure. Backed by its patented SmartFiber technology and a pending patent on next-generation AI splicing, AI fiber construction and more, LiteLinx will be making additional investments to enhance the innovation ecosystem that will drive further product development. As the roadmap matures, the solutions developed by LiteLinx Labs are expected to strengthen what LiteLinx Fiber can offer to customers and support continued sales growth.
"We want the next generation of fiber networks to be built with better information at every stage," said Alex Freylekhman, General Manager of LiteLinx Labs. "With a dedicated division, we will build a roadmap around real project challenges, working with operators, engineers and construction teams to develop practical tools that help teams act on project information and identify and reduce financial leakage," he concluded.
LiteLinx Labs brings together the F360i platform, SmartFiber, Smart Warehouse, Construction Co-Pilot and various agentic tools to give operators, OEM partners, engineering firms and construction teams a clearer view of their network builds. F360i connects project information and workflows; SmartFiber offers ultimate chain of custody, which links physical fiber assets with digital information; Smart Warehouse supports material visibility and accountability; and Construction Co-Pilot turns field documentation and progress updates into a clear picture of the build, helping teams spot issues earlier, coordinate their next steps and keep construction moving. Together, these capabilities connect materials and construction records from warehouse to jobsite, giving teams project-wide visibility and tools to control avoidable costs.
Alongside product and patent development, LiteLinx Labs will share practical insights through educational content, speaking engagements and participation in fiber-industry activities.
