Joel McHale, Megan Ganz, Andrew Guest and Jim Rash Headline CommuniCon 4, First-Ever Virtual Convention for Community Fans

CommuniCon, the fan-run convention celebrating the television series Community, returns Saturday, October 17, 2026, as a fully virtual event for the first time.

CommuniCon 4 will bring together more than 20 of the show's actors, writers and directors for a day of live and pre-recorded panels open to fans around the world.

Tickets are on sale now at communi-con.org.

After three in-person conventions, organizers are taking classonline for CommuniCon 4 under this year’s theme, "All Gas, No Leaks."

Cast members scheduled to appear include Joel McHale, Danny Pudi and Jim Rash, along with Erik Charles Nielsen, Lauren Stamile, Iqbal Theba, Craig Cackowski, David Neher, Danielle Kaplowitz, Darsan Solomon, Brisco Diggs, Hal Rudnick and Jess Adams.

Behind the camera, fans will hear from writers and producers Megan Ganz, Andy Bobrow, Andrew Guest, Alex Rubens, Tim Saccardo and Zach Paez, as well as directors Tristram Shapeero and Dan Eckman.

"I've spent years interviewing the cast and writers of Community, and what still surprises me is how much the people who made it love it as much as we do," said Alex Burdine, host of Six Seasons and a Podcast and co-event leader of CommuniCon. "Going virtual means a fan anywhere in the world gets the same seat as a fan in Los Angeles. Greendale accepted everyone, and this year CommuniCon does too."

All live and pre-recorded panels have been produced exclusively for CommuniCon 4 and will stream only to ticketed attendees on the day of the event.
