Jackson Healthcare Named to Fortune® Best Workplaces in Health Care™ List for Ninth Consecutive Year
Organization Recognized Among Top 10 for Exceptional Workplace Culture Based on Employee Feedback
ATLANTA, October 21, 2026--Jackson Healthcare®, the trusted authority in healthcare talent and workforce solutions, today announced it has been named to the newly published 2026 Fortune® Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list, marking the organization's ninth consecutive year to earn the distinction.
"This recognition is especially meaningful because it's based directly on feedback from our associates," said Shane Jackson, president of Jackson Healthcare. "They power our mission of improving the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch – and cultivate the nationally recognized culture that is a big part of what makes Jackson Healthcare and our family of companies a great place to work."
To compile this highly competitive list, Great Place To Work® leverages its proprietary Trust Index™ Survey, which evaluates and certifies confidential feedback from employees in organizations across the country. Then, guided by its For All™ Methodology, the research and consulting firm measures the core of what constitutes great workplaces, including key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues and loyalty to the company.
In addition to being on the new Best Workplaces in Health Care list, Jackson Healthcare appears on the 2026 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® and PEOPLE® Companies that Care lists. Annual Great Place To Work certification is a requirement for inclusion on these lists – and this year, Jackson Healthcare is proud to celebrate its 10th consecutive year of being Great Place To Work Certified™.
About the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care List
Great Place To Work selected the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care by analyzing confidential survey responses from more than 1.3 million employees, representing the experiences of more than 7.3 million employees in 2025 and 2026. Of those responses, nearly 222,000 were from employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the health care industry, and this ranking is based on that feedback. Companies with 10 to 999 employees competed in the small and medium category. Companies with 1,000 or more employees were considered for the large category. Read the full methodology.
