Brazilian Roguelike ARPG Has Reached More Than 500k Players To Date

BRASILIA, Brazil – October 20, 2026 – Hell Clock has today introduced the free Journey of Miracles content update, adding seasonal-style challenges to indie roguelike and Exile-like action RPG. Check out all the details in the dev overview trailer: https://youtu.be/V8gwZ1oqRH8.

Rogue Snail, the Brazilian studio behind the game, is also celebrating a major milestone: Hell Clock has now reached over half a million total players. A truly Brazilian creation deeply steeped in the culture and history of the country, this achievement demonstrates the transformative impact video games have in sharing a country’s history and culture with audiences around the globe.

Journey of Miracles is Hell Clock’s take on the traditional ARPG seasons or league system but without any threat of missing out. Unlike most seasonal events, these have no timer and no limited schedule - each Journey remains permanently available when a player creates a new save.

The Journey of Miracles update adds the following new content to the game:

  • Divine Sanctum: New arenas to cleanse in exchange for powerful rewards.

  • Divine Blessings: 19 new Devotion-themed buffs that can transform your playstyle for the rest of your run.

  • The Underground Crypt: A brand-new Act 1 area featuring fresh enemies and an unpredictable new mini-boss.

  • Manifested Miracles: Major Constellation Nodes manifested as Unique Relics, unlocking entirely new build possibilities and previously impossible combinations.

  • Miracle Droplets: A random intrinsic Affix from a Unique Relic, condensed into a Droplet that takes up the same space as a Small Relic.

  • New Cursed War & Community Relics: 10 new Unique Relics, seven for the Cursed War Expansion and three designed by community members.

Originally launched on Steam in July of 2025 and arriving on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles this past summer, Hell Clock presents a dark re-telling of real Brazilian history in the War of Canudos and the Paraguayan War. The game combines roguelike speed and ARPG depth in relentless runs of endless loot and intricate buildcrafting. Fight as far and as fast as you can, unlock devastating Skills, equip Blessed Gear, and tinker with powerful Relics to find synergies and refine your build for maximum effect.

Check out Hell Clock on Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox stores today.
