Gretchen studied business administration at the Florida A&M University where she is continuing her education and she holds an A.S. in office management administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Her certifications include office support, office management, and office specialist credentials. She is also a certified medical assistant through NCCT in Florida and Georgia and holds certifications in IV infusions, wellness in ionic foot detox, and entrepreneurship and business coaching.
