GL Homes Advances Construction on 35,000-Square-Foot Clubhouse at Valencia Sky in Naples

The Clubhouse will serve as a centerpiece of Valencia Sky's social and recreational offerings, with a grand social hall, sports lounge, demonstration kitchen, arts and crafts studio and card rooms. The latest construction progress follows the August grand opening of Valencia Sky's Sports & Racquet Club, which introduced three lighted tennis courts, nine lighted pickleball courts and four lighted bocce ball courts, all with shaded spectator areas. The facility also features an on-site Pro Shop and a dedicated sports director who coordinates lessons, exhibitions, tournaments and social events for players of all skill levels.

The community's Community Center provides additional fitness facilities, social spaces and a full calendar of resident activities. With these amenities available today and the Clubhouse underway, Valencia Sky continues to expand the recreational and social experiences available to homeowners.

Located just five minutes from downtown Naples, Valencia Sky offers residents convenient access to the shopping, dining and entertainment along Fifth Avenue South. The community features eight model homes and is open for tours daily.
