GE HealthCare debuts Allia Celeo, a ceiling-mounted interventional system designed for smooth procedural flow and AI-powered precision imaging

Extra-wide-bore, cable-less ceiling gantry and real-time digital twin aim to keep cases moving, regardless of procedure type or patient size
AI-powered precision imaging designed to automatically balance image quality and radiation dose in real time across 2D and 3D imaging
Designed to work with the GE HealthCare clinical applications and compatible third-party technologies care teams already rely on, with the flexibility to support future solutions
Predictive service support through OnWatch Predict, a deep learning-based technology designed to help minimize clinical operations disruptions for a reliable patient schedule
CHICAGO, November 01, 2026--GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) today introduced Allia™ Celeo,* a ceiling-mounted image guiding system, at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) 2026 conference in San Diego. Developed around the principle of smooth procedural flow and built for interventional suites that prioritize high patient throughput and versatility across many indications, Allia Celeo pairs an extra-wide-bore C-arm with intuitive user interface, an AI-powered image chain, and compatibility with OnWatch™ Predict remote monitoring with the goal of helping cardiology and interventional radiology teams move through each stage of a procedure with greater confidence and without losing momentum.
"Every interventional suite has its own rhythm, and care teams need a system that adapts to the way they work rather than the other way around," said Jyoti Gera, Chief Executive Officer, CardioVascular and Interventional Solutions (CVIS), Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS), GE HealthCare. "Allia Celeo extends our Allia platform with a ceiling-mounted system built for that kind of flexibility, giving hospitals more choice in how they configure their interventional suites while supporting our vision for more personalized, precise care."
Allia Celeo's slim, symmetrical ceiling gantry uses integrated cabling, providing space around the system for staff and equipment. Its extra-wide bore is designed to let the C-arm rotate freely around the patient and reach steep angulations, even for patients with a high body mass index (BMI). A slim C-arm and thin detector lift aim to limit visual obstruction so team members can see and communicate with one another across the table. Fast ceiling panning and extended table coverage support imaging from head to toe, while InnovaBreeze uses automatic table and gantry movements to support assessment of the full lower-limb anatomy in a single acquisition.
