For Co-Founder and CEO Mustafa Onur Bostan, addressing hair loss begins with understanding both the medical considerations and the concerns that bring someone into a consultation.

Bostan's vision draws on his family's healthcare background in Turkey and his experience in New York hospitality. After completing his MBA at Hult International Business School in Boston, he returned to Turkey and helped develop the medical tourism department within his family's Can Healthcare Group, also known as Can Hospitals, in Izmir.

Working with international patients showed him how much trust people place in healthcare providers, particularly when traveling for treatment. His years in luxury hospitality and New York nightlife further shaped his understanding of personal attention and the relationship between appearance, confidence, and social comfort.

At Peak, licensed physicians guide medical assessments and treatment recommendations. Bostan's responsibility as CEO is to support a process in which clinical judgment, clear communication, and informed decisions remain central.

Dr. Rosendo Segundo Ykotexea, a general, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon with more than 25 years of experience, has been part of Peak Hair Restoration since its founding last year. His role includes clinical supervision and direct participation in hair transplant procedures.
