KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • The Holiday Lodge returns November 27, 2026–January 3, 2027, with nightly service in the Sky Lobby Suite.
  • Five Sunday holiday cocktail classes are scheduled from November 29 through December 27 at USD 100 per person.

A seasonal rooftop lounge, hands-on cocktail classes and a series of holiday menus will anchor the festive programme at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis this winter, giving both overnight visitors and local diners several ways to celebrate in downtown St. Louis. The programme begins around Thanksgiving and extends into early January, with experiences ranging from a decorated hotel suite to a New Year’s Eve dinner overlooking the Gateway Arch.

A seasonal lounge above the city

The hotel’s Holiday Lodge returns for a third year, taking over the Sky Lobby Suite from November 27, 2026, through January 3, 2027. Visitors can expect a lounge offering holiday-themed cocktails, small plates and desserts, with city views and seasonal décor. Opening hours are 5–10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 5–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The hotel is taking reservations via OpenTable.

For travellers interested in a more participatory experience, the hotel is also scheduling holiday cocktail classes on Sundays at 3 p.m. between November 29 and December 27. Each USD 100-per-person session covers two drinks, Catch Me If You Can and Mulled on 34th Street, and includes savoury bites such as pimento cheese croquettes and lamb arancini, along with recipe cards to take home. Advance booking is required; guests can enquire through the hotel’s seasonal experiences page.

Festive stays with a choice of in-room activities

The Holiday Suite Experience adds seasonal decorations and lighting to an overnight stay, together with a choice of a cocktail-making kit or a family-oriented gingerbread decorating kit. Guests can select holiday films and receive an in-room dining credit. The hotel directs enquiries and reservations to [email protected]. The programme provides an option for visitors who prefer to combine downtown sightseeing with a quieter evening at the property.

Thanksgiving through New Year’s at Ramsay’s Kitchen

Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay is planning several holiday-specific dining services. For Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, 2026, the restaurant lists service from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with à la carte options, a three-course holiday meal and its five-course tasting menu. The seasonal three-course selection includes butternut squash soup or harvest salad, a turkey plate with traditional accompaniments, and a pumpkin pie verrine.

Groups can also consider the Fireplace Room, River North Room or Chef’s Table. According to the hotel’s announced pricing, Thanksgiving family-style menus start at USD 145 per person, while a carved-turkey Chef’s Table experience costs USD 165 per person. Children aged five and under dine free, and the announced price for ages six to 12 is USD 75. Thanksgiving dining details are available from the hotel.

On Friday, December 25, the restaurant plans lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., combining its winter menu with a Beef Wellington for Two special, served with truffle potato purée and Bordelaise sauce. Guests are encouraged to reserve ahead through the hotel’s Christmas dining information.

For Thursday, December 31, Ramsay’s Kitchen will replace its regular à la carte offering with a three-course prix fixe dinner priced at USD 185 per person, available from 5–11 p.m. Options announced include Beef Wellington, duck, scallop and Meyer lemon risotto, with an optional caviar course costing an additional USD 150. The evening continues at RK Bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with live entertainment; the bar celebration is advertised as having no cover charge and requiring no reservation. The New Year’s programme is described on the hotel website.

On Friday, January 1, 2027, New Year’s Day brunch is scheduled for 11 a.m.–3 p.m., with brunch dishes alongside mimosas, Bloody Marys and non-alcoholic cocktails. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant’s holiday services.

Private celebrations and group dining

Alongside the public events, the restaurant is offering a Taste of Beef Wellington Experience in its Chef’s Table room, where a chef carves the signature dish tableside. A USD 250 experience fee applies. For group arrangements and custom menus, the hotel provides [email protected].

Set by the Mississippi River with views towards the Gateway Arch, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is positioning the programme as a combination of short-stay hospitality, seasonal activities and restaurant occasions.
