AUSTIN, Texas, September 02, 2026--Big Watt Digital ("Big Watt" or the "Company"), an integrated power and digital infrastructure platform that combines dedicated, behind-the-meter, grid-independent power generation, and digital infrastructure development, today announced several key leadership appointments to support the Company's next chapter of growth. Joining Big Watt are: Michael J. Miller, President, Head of Power & Utility; Shirin O'Connor, President, Data Center Development & Construction; and Kerry Feinberg, President, Data Center Operations.

Miller will lead Big Watt's utility and energy-infrastructure efforts, supporting the power needs of the Company's growing AI and high-performance computing platform. O'Connor will lead global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) programs for Big Watt's data center portfolio, and Feinberg will direct end-to-end operational execution across the Company's growing platform.

These strategic appointments further strengthen Big Watt's leadership team as the Company advances its significant pipeline of integrated power and digital infrastructure development projects. Big Watt's growing and experienced leadership team is focused on delivering power and data-center capacity to meet the growing demand for AI-ready digital infrastructure. The Company has commenced more than two gigawatts of development across Texas and South Dakota, with a 14-gigawatt pipeline across major markets.

"Big Watt is assembling a category-defining team with the operational horsepower to execute where others are still theorizing," said Keith Meyer, President of Big Watt Digital. "Michael brings nearly four decades of experience across energy development, operations, investment, and asset transactions, which is especially valuable as power availability becomes a defining constraint on AI growth. Shirin's experience leading multibillion-dollar capital programs for one of the world's largest cloud providers brings hands-on, proven experience in building and delivering digital infrastructure. Kerry has proven he can move from concept to commissioned capacity at industrial speed inside some of the most demanding hyperscale environments in the industry. As demand for AI infrastructure accelerates, execution—not just ambition—will determine who wins. Michael, Shirin, and Kerry bring the battle-tested experience required to deliver reliable power and data center capacity at hyperscale."
