Battle Born Clothing Expands Custom Carhartt Workwear Program for Crews Nationwide

YERINGTON, NV October 21, 2026 -- Battle Born Clothing, an authorized Carhartt decorator, today announced an expanded custom Carhartt workwear program serving construction, mining, trades and fleet crews across the United States. The shop embroiders and screen prints Carhartt jackets, hoodies, work shirts and caps in-house and ships to all 50 states.

The expansion adds magnetic embroidery framing and additional embroidery capacity, cutting setup time on jackets and heavyweight hoodies. Battle Born Clothing sources Carhartt blanks through authorized distributors, accepts customer-supplied Carhartt garments, sets no hard minimum on screen printing, and reprints free on any error of its own.

"Crews want their Carhartt done right and done once," said Robert Krause, owner of Battle Born Clothing. "We decorate it the way we'd wear it, and we answer our own phone."

The program covers the Carhartt styles crews order most, including the Detroit and Duck Active jackets, Rain Defender hoodies, Force work shirts and Watch Hat beanies, with left-chest, full-back and sleeve placements. Standard turnaround is about 21 days from approved artwork; rush orders are quoted per job.

Battle Born Clothing sets no hard minimum on screen printing, quotes embroidery down to a single piece, accepts customer-supplied garments, and reprints free on any error of its own.
