Assured Data Protection appoints Neil Manna as Chief Financial Officer to support continued global growth
Experienced technology finance executive brings extensive leadership experience across cybersecurity, IT services and high-growth businesses
Assured Data Protection (Assured), a global managed services provider specializing in data protection, disaster recovery and cyber resilience, today announced the appointment of Neil Manna as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment strengthens Assured's senior leadership team as the company continues to expand its US and international customer base.
Neil brings extensive financial leadership experience spanning privately owned, private equity-backed and publicly traded technology companies. He joins Assured following senior finance roles at Trustwave, DXC Technology and CA Technologies, where he helped businesses navigate periods of transformation, growth and strategic change.
Most recently, Neil served as CFO of cybersecurity company Trustwave, where he played a central role in its transformation and subsequent sale to LevelBlue. Following the acquisition, he was appointed CFO of LevelBlue.
As CFO of Assured, Neil will oversee the company's financial strategy and operations, with a particular focus on strengthening its financial infrastructure, processes and governance to support continued US and international growth. His experience helping businesses scale, from early-stage ventures to multinational technology organizations, will be instrumental as Assured expands its global operations and customer base.
