WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, October 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- SPYRT Worldwide, a veteran- and U.S./Ukrainian-owned importer of premium Ukrainian wines and spirits, is proud to announce the U.S. launch of SHABO Winery's 2025 vintage Rosé’s Rosé, a wine with a humanitarian mission. The wine will make its official U.S. debut on October 28 at the Marshall Legacy Institute's (MLI) 29th Anniversary Clearing the Path Gala at The Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C.
Through this partnership, SHABO Winery will donate 10% of global sales of Rosé’s Rosé to support MLI’s humanitarian mine action efforts specially for Ukraine, building on the organization’s longstanding work around the world to help communities identify dangerous landmines and reclaim land for safe and productive use.
Named after the beloved dog of SHABO's winemaker and CEO, Giorgi Iukuridze, Rosé’s Rosé features the playful c anine on its label, celebrating the special bond between humans and dogs. This connection extends to MLI's own K9 Ambassador, Rico Cosby, a retired Mine Detection Dog who sniffed out mines for six years in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Now retired in the United States, Rico helps educate students and communities about the lifesaving work of Mine Detection Dogs.
“I never imagined that my little toy poodle Rosé would one day become the face of a wine with such an important mission. She has always been a source of happiness in our family, and now I hope she can help bring something far greater to families across Ukraine: safety, peace of mind, and hope for the future. By choosing Rosé’s Rosé, American wine lovers are not only discovering a wine from our country, but also supporting the extraordinary dogs helping to make our land safe again. We are grateful to the Marshall Legacy Institute and our American partners for helping turn this vision into reality. Sometimes, the biggest changes begin with the smallest hearts.”
Giorgi Iukuridze, Co-Founder and CEO of SHABO Winery
Located in southern Ukraine between the Black Sea and the Dniester estuary, SHABO Winery carries forward a winemaking tradition spanning more than 2,000 years. With approximately 3,000 acres of vineyards and hundreds of international awards, SHABO is recognized as a leading producer of premium Ukrainian wines and brandies. Through its partnership with SPYRT Worldwide, SHABO is bringing the quality and heritage of Ukrainian winemaking to American consumers while supporting humanitarian recovery in communities affected by conflict.

“Since first connecting with SPYRT Worldwide and SHABO Winery in 2025, we have been inspired by their generosity and shared commitment to a landmine-free Ukraine. We are deeply grateful for this partnership and excited to work together toward our shared vision of a safer Ukraine and, ultimately, a world free from landmines.”

At the Clearing the Path Gala, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Rosé’s Rosé and bid on exclusive auction offerings, including a rare bottle from SHABO's private family collection and special bottles signed by Giorgi Iukuridze and featuring Rico Cosby's paw print.
