Hims & Hers Names Jon Franklin as Chief Accounting Officer

Certified Public Accountant and former Rivian corporate controller will lead Hims & Hers accounting organization as the company expands into new specialties and global markets

SAN FRANCISCO, October 07, 2026--Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS), the leading global health and wellness platform, today announced Jon Franklin has joined the company as Chief Accounting Officer. Franklin, a CPA with two decades of technical accounting experience across public accounting and corporate controllership, will oversee the company's accounting organization, reporting to Chief Financial Officer Yemi Okupe.

Franklin joins Hims & Hers from Rivian, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller, responsible for technical accounting, corporate accounting, and financial reporting as the company scaled. Before Rivian, he spent more than 15 years in PwC's Assurance division, overseeing audits for Fortune 500 multinational organizations and emerging companies across consumer products, technology, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan.
